I was a bit paranoid, so I tried this, but realised I'd be quite safe when 33,000 images of Rowntrees Jelly Tots came up :rotfl: .pollsdolls wrote: »Great prices freecyclebilly, especially on the Botanics. (Makes you realise the profit in it) Still waiting for the Ponds reductions by me. Still full price yesterday. May try a smaller store. Thanks for the photo. Keep em coming girls.:j :j :j
Just a word of warning to those who don't want to be found on google. If you do a search on google images with your username, you will find that most of your photos will show up. I found this purely by accident recently. So just be aware  :rolleyes:0 -
Aw I need help ladies

I just cannot work out how to use my vouchers.
I was thinking of buying the following:
No 7 Liplicious @ £9.25 using 400 ACM voucher
No 7 P & P Cooling Aftersun @ £8 using 500 points wyb any P&P product
No 7 Mens Gradual Tan @ £9 using £3 off any mens No 7 product so then £6 (which til would remove cos 342?)
BUT I also have the 200 points wyb any No 7 suncare/self tan product
PLUS
500 points when you spend £10 on any No 7 sun protection product
which I guess I cant use on the Gradual Tan as its not simply protection (or would it since it has SPF?) plus its one voucher per product isnt it?
Or would the Aftersun + Gradual Tan combine together to qualify for the £10 spend?
Aaargh, but then the 'free' product (cos 342) cannot have vouchers used on it can it?
Sooo, what can I do cos my eyes are going funny trying to work out different combos. Or would this combo work?0 -
Has anyone got any suggestions what I should do about a problem I've had today, please?
A while ago, I treated myself to a RoC gift pack with face cream and eye cream in, in order to get the Mother's day GWP which I thought was really good value. Unfortunately, I finally got round to trying the eye cream and sample moisturiser from the GWP, and they're no good for my skin, so today I took the sealed face/eye cream gift pack back to Boots to swap it for something else. All was going swimmingly until the SA made a mistake with the refund on the computer/till and had to call the manager. She said I couldn't have an exchange on skincare, even though it was all sealed, and she wouldn't budge on this. So, what can I do?? I've now got £37.99 (although it's on offer at the moment for £32.99, when the SA started doing the exchange through the till it came up as £37.99) worth of stuff that I can't use.
I don't want to contact customer services, cos when I e-mailed them about the £5 till spits I'd been unable to use, they were really snotty and said it was the last time they would help me (!!!)
Shall I just try in a different Boots and hope I have a more sympathetic SA this time (the manager had been called down from her lunchbreak, so I don't suppose that helped!)
I don't know how to sell stuff on e-bay, so I feel really stuck.
I'm so fed up - if the SA hadn't made a mistake in the refund and called the manger, I would have been able to exchange, no problem. So near, and yet so far....

How about olive oil? It's inexpensive, you don't need the "extra virgin" type, and a bottle will last for ages.Hey all!!
I THINK i have just found out last night that i'm allergic to my NO7 EYE MAKE UP REMOVER
For a while when i put my makeup on (I USE TONS) and then take it off at night (with wipes and eye make up remover, the no7 one) the next morning my eyes are so puffy and huge. I was sure it was with the liquid eyeliner that i use on the top lid of my eyes or the make up remover.. So i thought i would test it and didn't use the eye make up remover last last night.. Only wipes.. (Still have some of the black on now ) And my eyes weren't puffy even though i wore my makeup all day.. Hmm.. So i'm sure it's that
So can anyone please recommend a really good eye makeup remover that takes off any makeup easily!! TIAA xx
Btw, sorry if that didn't make sense lol.
(And someone please help.. Im only on page 46
:(:(:(:(!!!)

It's lightweight, not excessively greasy, no perfumes or colours or other ingredients that could cause allergic reactions and it will dissolve even waterproof eye make-up easily, it smells quite pleasant too.
I've been getting the DHC mags and free samples, they use olive oil on it's own as a cleanser, make-up remover and much more, they charge the earth for small bottles of it. You would just need to spend a pound or two for a big bottle from the supermarket, no need for any fancy stuff

I stopped using no7 eye makeup remover because I tipped the bottle over accidentally once and it dripped all over my cream carpet while I was blowdrying my hair and left a big stain.Since then I have used Boots fragrance free eye makeup remover wipes which are really good as I wear alot of black kohl and topliner aswell as black mascara and eyshadow-It's better than no7 imo and handy too as the pads are in a little tub so need for tissues or cotton wool-Usually on bogof at £1.39 or good when a points offer is on I always stock up on these.(wipes away makeup stains from dressing table too!)
P.s Lots of reductions on facial skincare items in hanley (items on normal shelves) neutrogena pure glow, garnier synergie, nivea visage, nivea in pink bottle, nuxe, etc items individually marked with stickers.

for £5 today, SEL still said £20, but i knew better!
Only had the one left!
but still a bargin!
Well done on your bargain!
Had you previously had it scanned? Just asking because hardly anything in Sanctuary is reduced in my local but if the SEL are not updated then maybe its worth me pestering a SA to scan it for me.
I had this scanned in Gloucs today - still £20, rats!0 -
Ok done a bit of revising and thinking of doing the following:
UG glitch = 9p
Jemma Kidd 2x emery boards = £4 + 500pts
2x 17 nail polish £4
Then I was thinking:
No7 3 4 2
Anti ageing lip and eye screen £5.75
Cleanse and care eye make up remover £6.50
Anti cellulite contouring balm £5
= £12.25 + 200pts no7 suncare voucher
Could I also use the 500pts wys £10 on no7 skincare mailing voucher? Slightly confused as it states on the back can be used on items stated but then says one item per coupon.
Anything else you can think of?
Thanks xxTrying to remain debt free!
Sept GC £24.10/£200
Weekly spend £0/£50
Sealed pot £3.150 -
I got in at quarter to four - one set of doors was already locked and bolted, the place looked like the Marie Celeste - and managed 3 tiny shops!
Ist shop
Boots Essential Aromatherapy Massage Oil reduced from £4 to £1
I thought I'd get 5 of these, spending £5, and my first hair care spit.
They came up at £4.50, and I realised I'd grabbed OH's (over 60's) card by mistake. I told the lovely SA, and she said that was fine, as long as I didn't mind him having my points! So, no till spit, but an extra 52p off.
2nd shop
essential aromatherapy sensuous room and linen spray (ylang ylang and patchouli - I absolutely adore this!) £1.25 each, I bought 4, used OH's card, and paid £4.48. Mucked it up again!
3rd shop
2 x twin pack marble flip photo albums @ £5 BOGOF
1 each of the room spray and massage oil - and this time I finally managed to get my precious hair care till spit (heaven knows what I'll do with it!)
Would have been nice to use an ACM points with the photo albums - but haven't got near an ACM for weeks:( , also, when I got home and checked my receipts, the albums, although stickered at £5, had gone through at £6:eek: . Rats!
No Jemma Kidd anything anywhere that I could see..... so no lovely points.
Still quite happy, used pigsback vouchers, and came home with stuff I really wanted, which will cheer Mum up on Wednesday (so I deserved the over-60 discount, as she's over 80!)
I know it was only a novice shop, but I really enjoyed it! It was great to be actually out Bootsing, instead of merely drooling over the wonderful glitchy bargainous combos you inventive lot are pulling in.....
Thanks for all the encouraging advice
.........and the chat (OW!!!!)0 -
