Sorry, my bad :A
Like I said he has used the MSE budget planner so theres things on there that are not gonna be allowed no matter how much he fights for them!!! Really needs to trawl and get an idea of the things that are allowed, easier than listing what isnt."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

The best starting adivice would be to be truthful and honest on your forms and to the Official receiver, they will catch you out, also have you telephoned one of the charity debt helplines (CAB, CCCS) theres a sticky post about them, you will be asked if you have had advice on BC (this forum doesnt count) by the judge."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. Hi Kevin, does this policy have a cash value, or only pay out if you pop your clogs? If there's value in it the OR can take it.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

It's irrelevant shadow, someone else is making Kevin BR, the judge won't ask this cos he's not doing out of choice.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
