have a look at my I and E form, you have got so many things on there that just wont be allowed, Internet, newspapers, drinking, eatting out ect, all your allowed is basic living costs, not to continue with your lifestyle as it were before BC. any extras will come out of your surplus after they have slapped you with your IPA!!!!

you are correct internet will be allowed if for work (or study for that matter) so no need to hide it, although be prepared to provide proof, seldom heard of but can be askedThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

Internet - I'm an IT consultant that works from home 4 days a week so I believe I'm ok on this though will list it as Telephone only.
Contact order dictates that I see my daughters at a location which means I must eat out with them once a week, as well as driving 540 miles per month to see them as well as 320 miles per month to work.
Newspapers - agreed this is a given that will go.
Fair enough thats something the OR will have to accept I suppose and a very valid reason too. Maybe putting that cost together and calling it Access/contact with my daughter.
Garden maintenence??? I would love someone to come on and say thats allowed!!!
Drinks at home, thats not really an essential (unless its medicinal hehe)
Drinking out? is this while you have contact, or just social down the pub? if down the pub i doubt it v much.
Cleaning products I combined mine into food bill as per CCCS.
Theres loads of non essentials and reading this site and compiling my I and E I very much doubt will be allowed.
Would be interested to know if school fees are allowed seeing there are other Free options to private education???"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

31.7.34 Social and entertainment expenses
No allowance should be included in the IPA/IPO calculation for items such as cigarettes, alcohol, recreational drugs, betting etc. As with additional holiday funds, (see paragraph 31.7.26) social and entertainment expenses should be funded from the amount of surplus income left with the bankrupt after the deduction of the assessed IPA/IPO. Only in exceptional circumstances should the official receiver/trustee allow any flexibility concerning these expenses, where other outgoings claimed by the bankrupt do not sufficiently provide for the reasonable domestic needs of the bankrupt and his/her family
(see paragraph 31.7.4 & paragraph 31.7.6).
the oficial lineThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….
