    If they are the ones that came with that machine then its likely they are the ones. Bear in mind though that they will overwrite EVERYTHING and all your pics, music and documents will be gone :(

    Back up all your important stuff to either a CD / DVD or Usb drive before you consider the recovery disc option ;)

    Ah,,,,, Forgot about that bit :(( The previous answer about restoring with an XP disc and overwrite the existing file structure looks the better option. That way your Pics / music etc will still be there. Will try and find you a link on the easy way to do that and send in a PM.
