    Good morning all.

It's Bankrupt eve now only 1 more day to go.

Not really much to say so far today other than i slept like a log last night, so hopefully all my concerns and worrying have been answered already...but you never know!

Plan for today is to finish rechecking my forms and print them, Better go and check my ink...think i'll buy a replacement just in case..Wonder how much ink it will take to print a copy, luckily i only need print one and court will copy it for me...:D

Must remember to submit it online, but i suppose cant print unless submitted correctly.

Does anyone know if once you have submitted the forms can it be edited or is it locked for eternity?? just wondered.

Thanks to all so far who have given me their messages of support. i appreciate those more than anything. :T :T

Speak to you all later today.

    Hi Dave,
Just wanted to wish you luck for tomorrow (though I'm sure you won't need it). Just a word of advice, don;t do what I did which is print the draft copy 3 times and then realise I still had to print the final copy...no wonder my printer cartridge (bought for the forms) is now low! :) As far as I know, once the forms have been printed, there is something you have to click which confirms that you are satisfied for the form to be sent (or something like that) and after that is clicked the application is locked. Changes did have to be made to mine at the court however as me being dim, I hadn't realised that by voluntary arrangement they meant an IVA and I'd said I'd got one......what I meant was I'd been making token payments d'oh!

Let us know how you get on and enjoy your Corkys after

  • once subbmited they are locked, but if you have made a mistake you can ammend them by hand, the court will get you to sign the alteration in front of them tomorrow so dont worry too much:D
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

Thanks December and Blind..Thats what i thought about it being locked. I think it mostly ok, but you never know i could have done something daft like wrong DOB or something like that...checked everything else 3 or 4 times but the most obvious areas i probably havent checked as well..

Better get to checking the forms again!

    Dave.

Good luck for it all tomorrow Dave - I'm sure you'll be fine, but it's only natural to be worried about it. Looking forward to catching up with you tomorrow to see how things have gone.

Oooh another thread. Good luck Dave. Not long to go then you will be debt free!! :D

I decided not to do mine online, it scared me too much. :rotfl: Wanted to have it where I could see it, if you see what I mean. So I have hand-written one, its a rough copy, then will write it out neat and get OH to photocopy it 3 times at work. I don't have enough toner at the mo. :o

Yep i've got two many threads going...lol..Greedy really!:D

one for on countdown and the other re my forms etc..thought it may be easier for some to follow two different ways.

Check with your court regarding the forms, mine at newcastle only need one copy and they copy it for you at the courts on the day. it may be worthwhile ringing and finding about to save your or OH toner!;)

    Hi Dave,

On a completely different note.....just to take your mind off the feeling of impending DOOM!!!

Should I congratulate you on your medal? Or am I just a bit slow & everyone else has already noticed it?
