on the deals website it now says
"From 1st September 2009, the maximum value of rewards tokens you can use on Virgin Holidays is £700 PER PASSENGER."
Does anyone know if that is booking by or traveling by that date?0 -

......... and only £400 per passenger for Cosmos!!! Hope this isn't the start of some downward trend in the amount we are allowed to use for the deals.0 -
Is there any way of getting a statement....showing when your points were added....like a bank statement, e.g.
03/08/09 45 pts added
04/08/09 5 pts added
07/08/09 200 pts added
at least that way I could reconcile my points....I did a shop and saw my current points balance....there was supposed to be "double points" on my shop, they appeared on the bottom of my till receipt, but they haven't appeared on my clubcard a/c online....yet there appears to be smaller amounts added for when I visited just for a paper a loaf or a pint of milk...e.g. my bal has changed by 7 or 3 points
I appreciate someone else has already posted "check your receipts"...but surely a "printout" must be available somewhere in Tescos system showing what was added AND when?
You can't do this yourself, but if you call the customer service freephone number and ask for it, they will print off a bank statement style sheet for you and post you it.0 -
I wish they could have it just like Sainsbury Nectar where everytime you buy something, the points total appears updated on your till receipt. You then collect as many as you want for as long as you want - none of this vouchers every quarter or not knowing for 6 weeks how many points you've got.
And why doesn't Tesco give a points total for petrol? Everytime I fill up, my receipt never mentions points even though they do appear?0 -

Tesco have too many different variations of tills to be able to consistently show a running points balance on your till receipt, most types of tills in store do print a running points total after every transaction but a quite a few, eg 10 items or less lanes, tobacco counter, older self service tills and some petrol stations don't.
You can always check your points balance online if you're curious, but bear in mind the online balance checker can take up to 24 hours to register earned points. tesco dot com/clubcard0 -
Hiya ,I've seen some 100 points vouchers on Ebay and i'm thinking buying some but I'm not sure what to offer for 500 points, I undestand it will get me £20 in deals, Do you think £9.99 is too much for 500 points ? I don't want to insult the seller by offering too less, but not sure what you pay for oints as a bit new at this, the item number is 150365754023, any help would be great x0
