I think you can have only £10 vouchers-so if your meal comes to,say, £24 it is better to pay the £4 and save the other £10 for later, rather than use 3 vouchers. They don't give change, you see.

When should we receive our next lot of vouchers? I've been saving mine for a holiday with Siblu for next year, I'm waiting for my next lot so I can book! Am I right in thinking we should receive end of Aug/beginning of Sept?

can clubcard vouchers be used to pay online the same way that they can be used in store?

and can you pay part voucher and part card online? i am trying to save my vouchers towards a furniture purchase in the new year

Got 2 herbal essences frizz fighter shampoo costs £3.32 each you need to buy 2 to get 200 points thats £8 in deals needed shampoo so will get stocked up they do conditioner too loads to shoes from for different hair types

I have just checked my on-line clubcard statement and it says my points will be converted for November. What has happened to August ? I noticed when shopping last week that the "points up to" date was the cut off date and not the day previous so I assume they are having a computer glitch. Anyone else got this.

yep, same here cut off date 25th July, however my account says vouchers to be issued in August to arrive no later than 5th sept....

Hi,I have this too.
Just rang them, and I will be recieving my August vouchers, it is just that their computers are a bit slow to update.
My new balance is not on my account when I look, just my points up to July,however, my new balance is on their computers when you phone.
Shame, I was hoping they would give me them twice:rotfl:
