Just rang them, and I will be recieving my August vouchers, it is just that their computers are a bit slow to update.
My new balance is not on my account when I look, just my points up to July,however, my new balance is on their computers when you phone.
Shame, I was hoping they would give me them twice:rotfl:

Have Tescos stopped offering the Radio Times subscription as part of the clubcard deals? I couldn't find it on the website. Its a shame if they have stopped, it was really great value getting 12 months for £16.

Is there any way of getting a statement....showing when your points were added....like a bank statement, e.g.

04/08/09 5 pts added
07/08/09 200 pts added

at least that way I could reconcile my points....I did a shop and saw my current points balance....there was supposed to be "double points" on my shop, they appeared on the bottom of my till receipt, but they haven't appeared on my clubcard a/c online....yet there appears to be smaller amounts added for when I visited just for a paper a loaf or a pint of milk...e.g. my bal has changed by 7 or 3 points

I appreciate someone else has already posted "check your receipts"...but surely a "printout" must be available somewhere in Tescos system showing what was added AND when?

I got my vouchers yesterday, preceeded by a text msg to tell me they were coming. Will watch this carefully as there seems to be a bit of a discrepancy, larger than just the few they normally hold back.

I think you can on their website - however it never lets me, always gives me an error, not sure if other people have the same problem
