Don't want to sound really thick but I got my statement in today and have £14 worth of clubcard vouchers, I know that these can be used to exchange for more on deals but I have no idea how this works, do I have to tell them I want to save them instead of spending them or do I just keep hold of them??0

If I buy vouchers from Ebay will Goldsmiths accept these ?
Especially if I buy them from multiple sellers so have vouchers with a few peoples names on ?
I've just bought some with the intention of using them in Goldsmiths and just seen on the Tesco site saying they will have the customers postcode and name on them !0 -

depends on how eagle eyed the sales staff are, but according to the terms you can only use tokens in your own name

I'm on the christmas saver scheme for my clubcard, at the end of last months quarter and I something like 108 points for 'green bag' useage.
Thouse points have now vanished, can anyone tell me if they get added onto the 'overall total', instead of there just being a sepreate total for green usage?.
Also does any money that you save in the xmas scheme get put on your card as 'points'. I seem to have shot up to over 2,000 points!. I have about £20 saved from despoits made at the till. I know i use tesco's alot, but it suddenly jumped from the 1,300 mark to 2,000 over night!.
Yes your green points are added to the total so will show on your statement but will then be reset for the next quarter HTH0 -
Yes, the cash you put in on the christmas scheme gets added as points. At the end of each quarter your points, cash and green points will be added together to give you a total number of points that you take into the next quarter.
In Nov you will get vouchers for all the points you collect through the year, that will include your green and cash points too. You can then use the vouchers as you would if you just got them each quarter.
Another question, Is it worth joining the CHristmas club and putting up with only getting vouchers once per year for the opportunity to buy points with cash? each point costs 1p and is worth at least 2p, even 4p, depending what you do with it. that's like a mimimum of a 200% return on your investment. I'm just not sure if Christmas Saver tokens are EXACTLY the same as other tokens.
No the cash doesn't turn into points it's completely separate and you get separate vouchers in November HTH0 -

This is from the FAQs on the Tesco Christmas Savings:
Where can I redeem my Top-up and Bonus Vouchers? When you top-up your Saver balance at the till it will appear in your November Statement as Top-up Vouchers. Top-up and Bonus Vouchers can be redeemed in-store, online, on petrol or at Tesco direct*. They cannot be redeemed on Clubcard Deals.
Just wanted to say so people don't get confusedThe vouchers you accumalate (sp) throughout the year are exactly the same as the ones you would have previously received quarterly and can be used in exactly the same way - deals etc.
Top up vouchers are the cash you have paid in which have to be used as cash and bonus vouchers are usually a maximum of £6 which is given as a thank you for using the scheme and having a certain amount of points etc. Hope this helps someone0 -
if so, where do you get the envelopes from and do they still give you 500 clubcard points for each one?
thanks

You have to ask (more like grovel and beg- they don't like giving them out) at the customer services desk for ink cartridge envelopes, so it's probably the same for phone envelopes.0 -
thank you for your help.
