I had a voucher with statement Feb 2009 that I could take to the checkout to scan if I wanted to join the Christmas saver scheme.

If you want to do this for 2010, then have a close look at your feb 2010 statement - however, oft repeat mantra, but you do get better value if you don't spend ins tore (although I apprecaite if there is nothing you use on the Deals scheme, then instore spending is a good deal!)

my  was only referring to the fact that tesco have a completely outr of date picture on that page. :)

but was charged 10£ for a 'chubbie chums' large giraffe today (yellow soft toy) when clearly marked down to 8£. double difference paid out with minimum fuss. Abingdon tesco extra in case anyone was interested.

Can anyone explain how they work out the green points for home delivery.

Just had my Christmas delivery which filled 10 green cases and I got 9 green points. That is the same as nine carrier bags full. I'd like to see them get it in so few bags.

I'm tempted to get a bagged delivery one week to see how many they use.

tbh i dont think its based on how many crates you use, i think they give them based on expenditure. as a rough guess i would say you get one green point, per £10 spent

Don't think so as I usually spend about £100 and get 6 points. Best part of £300 today and got 9 points. In store it is the number of bags you would have used so I'd have thought it was similar. Might just be up to whoever does your order.

Yes, that it what it says at checkout stage. Seems rather unfair but at least it is something.

Yes FirstTimer you can, and if you do you will get more bonus points than if you shared a card, or than if you have a joint account.

  • Thx RuthieJane - your response interesting.

My wife and i share the same Clubcard account - should i apply for a separate card?
    How would this work?
Would we be able to 'pool' rewards vouchers if they have separate names?

    Newbie so all tips appreciated.
