Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

Can the restaurant vouchers be used at any of the chains or once ordered are they chain specific?? any ideas thanks!

I think the restaurant vouchers are specific - I ordered some for Smith & Jones pub chain and they can only be used there!

restaurants vouchers can be used at any restaurant, other thanr GBK, pescatori and Smith & Jones, who require venue specific tokens

i've been online shopping with tesco for a while and i seem to have accumulated some points. It looks like i have a clubcard account but dont have a physical card. how do i get one? And I mean one with those points on it not another one in store.

If you have a physical clubard also, I would keep your online account. When you get enough points you will get a separate mailing with another set of money off and/or points vouchers:j. I have 4 accounts and use them alternately to accumulate points.:D

Forgot to say - I got a mailing for 50p the other day. What a waste of postage, paper, etc. just so T's can try and get you to go shopping before Christmas. Anyway, I never spend them on shopping, just ordered some Sno!Zone vouchers for the kids. One of the few activities you actually get 4 times the value.

Contact Clubcard Customer Services and they will send you a physical card for your account with points on.

I never received my Sept-November Statement so contacted Tesco so they would re-issue[like I read here] but was told they couldn't re-issue my Statement and will just roll over the points for my February Statement

I received both of mine a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if everyone is gettng them, Tesco are sending out 12,000,000 so i'm guessing it must be

Thanks very much Jefery. Used the Hilton vouchers and they allowed me to pay the drinks and food bill with the extra £70!
