I've looked everywhere on the Tesco Clubcard website for the option to switch (I remember there being one a year or two back) but can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what to do?
I had this problem too. I had to call three times for them to eventually rectify it! Firstly I was told they would do it for me but then when I called the third time the lady told me that she could not adjust my settings that I would have to do it but she would talk me through it........it took about 5 mins as she did not really know what she was doing either and took her a while to find where we needed to be. I would tell you how she did it if I could remember but it was so confusing that I don't remember. I would suggest calling them and asking them to talk you through it. Sorry for the long winded reply!0 -
Hello! I was hoping to use my vouchers to buy a set of cinema tickets from cineworld and restaurants vouchers for Bella Italia to give to someone for xmas. The only thing is on the page it says they will be printed with name and postcode. Does this mean they can only be used by me?? Do you think they will be suitable as gifts?? I was hoping they would be like a proper gift voucher. Not sure what to do now0

i wouldnt say they resemble a gift voucher, they look more like a money-off coupon. only you can know how the recipient will react to being given them as a gift, espec if they know how the deals work, and the true value of the tokens. you would also have to include a print-out of the T&C, so they know what they can use them towards (ie they cant be used to pay for drinks in Bella Italia)
i wouldnt say they would have trouble using them, as ive never been asked for id when presenting vouchers

Hi, sorry of this has already been answered.
My mum has £5 of vouchers that she wants to redeem for rewards, but doesn't go online so I'm doing it for her.
Do I need to set up an account for her or can I redeem them under my account? I'm guessing I need to set one up for her?A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -

Why not just try and buy the deals using your account. If it accepts the vouchers, fine.
If not you'll have to set up an account for her.0 -
I rang t's for the same reason, because we are at different addresses they said I would need to use a different e.mail address to mine, and advised me to set one up for her,or alternatively you can post them in to redeem for rewards.
he said they used to do it over the phone but stopped doing that!
