Did you have to pay for the v+ box? Would love one but haven't managed to figure out how getting one works. The other thing I would love is cable in the kitchen - don't suppose you know anything about installing a second point in the house?
Sorry I'm treating you as a guru now0 -
No problem, I know how hard it is getting any information out of Virgin Media. After being a NTL customer for years beforehand I thought it couldn't get any worse but it has.
We had to pay £75 installation for the V+ box and this was a half price offer, its normally £150. Not sure if the half price box offer is still on though.
We looked into getting a second box a little while ago although we didn't go ahead with it in the end. I think they said it would be £5 a month if we had a V+ and a normal box or £9.50 a month if we had the existing normal box and an additional normal box. I think they wanted £30 for installation as well, but I think you might get away without paying this if you have it installed at the same time as the V+ and pay the V+ install charge.0 -
