The blue info bar...highlighted in red?

One the top of (most) of the various board's index page is a blue bar with links to things that are relevant to that particular board.
Some boards have these particular links highlighted in red, the Credit Card and Debt Free Wannabe boards for example. Others don't and I think that it would be helpful if every board has it's speciality subject highlighted in red.
I had been viewing the boards for ages before I realised that they were slightly different for each board and I think that it would help a newbie to find their way around the various boards easier if they had red highlights to attract their attention to the bar

The red highlighted ones though are where you start reading on those particular boards whereas if there is nothing highlighted it means that no one article is a start point for users.

I had Old Style in mind, there are all the indexed recipes and challenges in the blue bar but because they aren't highlighted in red type newbies don't notice them so end up asking for a recipe or query the pin money challenges etc, this info is always given with good grace by whoever spots the request first but I think that it would be good if the indexed 'specialities' of Old Style could stand out in red type.

I would expect that on other boards there are similar scenarios

well the indexed threads are already stickies in the Old Style forum so really shouldn't be that hard to miss, and if they don't see them stuck to the top of the board then they probably wouldn't see them if they were in the blue bar in fluorescent yellow
