This is standard practise ... you import multiple parcels as one package, once recieved in the country (ie. has gone through customs) it is split by the handling agent & each parcel is delivered separately. As the importer you save on costs & customs paperwork. For the UK this is normally done with perfume - arrives as one package & is then split to be sent to different shops.

If you export into a country like Russia, you would follow a similar process - import numerous parcels as one package & then split once in country.

The original package is the parent & each individual parcel is a child of that parent.

Ordered couple of cartoons of cigarettes from Tobaccoking.co.uk 2 weeks ago To my Home Address.
I thought it's a UK based company, because they sell cigarettes like Silk Cut which you usually can't buy from other Eu suppliers+had to transfer my payment to UK bank account.
Unfortunatelly it escaped my attention that they are based in Spain.
Today got a letter from UK Border Agency that my cigarettes have been seized.
It seems for me that they are paying extra attention, not to give people chance to buy cheaper cigarettes. I believe UK cigarette prices are ridiculus, might be the most expensive in the world, so is the hysteria about smoking. I' m starting to feel myself like I'm living in Orwell 1984 book.
But anyway, I strongly recommend everybody not to buy from Tobaccoking unless you want to lose your money.

if it looks too good to be true then it probably is ..................springs to mind . sorry you all lost your cash but thats the risk you take.

People have been using this company for ages some tobacco and cigs get through sometimes some doesn't. All in all it is not worth the risk as it will even itself out in costs you would pay in this country anyway.

Better off getting a 1p flight to somewhere in the EU and bringing some back

Just to say any company asking for payment via bank transfer should ring alarm bells. As you have no comeback at all if the items don't arrive.

Any company that is unable to accept credit/debit cards should be treated with extreme caution. If they can't persuade a bank to trust them why should you?

Best way for serious smokers to get cheap tobacco is to go abroad and import it personally. P&O are currently running "minicruises" from Portsmouth to Bilbao - £72 for two people, three nights on board, and about 4 hours ashore to fill your spare suitcase.
