yes there are 7 pouchs left i have given 2 to my mother and was currently smoking 1, i understand the scepticism, but i only come here as a brit who had ordered from this company and recieved there goods, if the pics i provided were not proof enough of my purchase then theres not more i can say except wish you all the best and hope maybe someone else that buys from Tk comes here and confirms they order and recieve the goods from Tk

My favourite photo was the one of your undies drawer, with the tobacco pouches nestled up to your socks.

The above link is where I have found some not so good reviews. I'm unsure IF it is the same company as it lists a UK address - although as they have a UK bank account then this UK address could be correct in order to open a UK Bank Account.

DH has now decided to give up smoking anyway!!

Hey Ruth sry to hear about your misfortune and thanks for providing the link to those other reviews, seems like its a 50/50 with the pos and negs which can only mean that its possible that customs can and will find orders and seize them, i for one revieved my goods as im sure the pos reviews in that link did, i am english and my review is absolute honesty, i couldnt find any other review than yours about TK which is y i decided to order from them and i also consider you using your work address and thought maybe customs would be more suspicious of it

i think the main prob of this situation is it is illegal for us to purchase tobacco over the net and that it is possible for customs to seize our goods and so Tk do keep to there word and send out the goods and they do state that we are to comply with the law of our land

i will make a second order for sure because of recieving my first order and will come back here and let you know if that order is successfull im looking at making that order in a couple of weeks

You know when you have watched too many make over shows when I have to point out that none of your tea towels match. It is important to co-ordinate your accessories with the kitchen to make it more contemporary.

I have just had my tobbaco seized by customs, well aparently mine.

Tobbaco king are now sending it over it bulk then splitting into the orders and posting induvidully, i know because he tried to fob me off with a tracking code which showed a parcel of 17.1kg, strange when i ordered 500g of GV, i'm not sure if they have always done it this way as i got my first two orders.

We are not based in the UK, and laws vary from country to country, so in our FAQ we clearly state

You´re right they took 3 days worth of shipments, so it is impossible for us to give everyone a refund, but then everyone knows they are taking a chance ordering this way, because otherwise no one would buy from shops in the UK and everyone would do it this way. You have been unlucky this time. We have not had any goods taken since last September, or since these goods were taken.

I suggest you make it clear to people on your website that their order will not be sent individually and that they will unknowingly be ordering in bulk, which it turn will be likely to be seized by customs.
You are scamming people, me and my friends who have yet not got their order as well, believed when we order 10 pouches, we would be sent 10 pouches, which customs would have deemed legal for personal use.
Do not take me for a fool, considering you are running a business you speak to your customers in a very undermining manner, and trying to fool me with the delivery tracking number is not appreciated, it is not "3 days" worth of shipments, its one shipment weighing 17.1 kg, which customs will obviously take notice off.

My responsibility was to order responsibly, which I did.

Your responsibility was to ship this as ordered. Which you DID NOT!.

My reply with no response as yet......

Firstly, you do not plainly say on your website that it is illegal to buy in this way, and maybe you should as people do care, and I do.
Secondly, your emails do sound rude, I have now "bothered" to dig deeper than you website led me to beleive.

I have learnt a lot about how you do business through this and cant say I'm pleased with what I have found out, you advise to order responsibly, which in fact makes no difference whatsoever as you don not ship what the customer orders, you ship in bulk.
And with regards to not replacing the goods or offering refunds, I think this practice is highly distasteful given that people are ordering from you with faith, given the praise you give your service

It is not clearly stated on your website that the whole thing is completely illegal, In fact I'd go as far as to say it encourages people to get involved in an illegal practice without knowing, and no where does it state no refunds or replacements, in fact you don't ever mention that it may be seized.

Why wasn't I informed when the goods were seized?, why did I have to contact you?
Why are you sending in bulk when giving the customer the impression that you are charging per carton and shipping individually?
Why do you enter into what is in effect a contractual agreement, (payment for goods ordered), when you are fully aware they may not get delivered?.

Its such a shame that you treat customers this way and do not clearly state the risks, and that you are so rude in reply. My uncle got a similar level of service from you a few weeks ago when his tobacco took a long time to arrive, in fact you ignored his emails at first, and had given the wrong bank details for him to pay to in the first place.

My family and friends will not be making the same mistake by buying from you in future.

Those that I do know will be continuing to buy online, which I will not, have found sites that will replace goods seized by customs and make it clear where the law stands, this leaves people to make up their own minds, something you don't.

I am very disappointed with your approach, service and responses.

I've learnt a lot about uk law, i only wish he was as upfront as other websites are as i have now found.

You paid for an order to be dispatched to your address. Tobacco King have clearly not dispatched anything to your address. I am in the same situation. I haven't received the items I ordered, nor any Customs seizure letter.
