Hi all i found this when i did a search for reviews about tobaccoking before making an order and i feel sorry for the person above not recieving there order

This was the only review i could find which is why i decided to put an order in myself, we currently have someone who we can get cheap tobacco off but they are due to move to the other side of the uk so i need to try and secure some other way of getting cheap tobacco and out of all the sites i thought tobaccoking to be the best chioce

And i was not dissapointed today was in fact the 8th day from when it was despatched and they arrived 10 pouches of Amberleaf im a GV smoker myself but went for AL because it was almost £20 cheaper and so if they didnt arrived i would of tooken a bit of happiness in saving £20

Maybe it was the buisness address which is why your GV didnt make it but i would reccomend you place another order and get them sent to your house address im not normally a review type of person but because i found this only review of TK i thought id come and say that the company is legit and yes there is a risk with customs but the reason i placed an order was because this is the only review, if lots of UK customers was not recieving there tobacco from TK because of cutoms or anyother reason then there would be more reviews with unhappy brits again im sorry you didnt recieve your tobacco and wish all the best for trying to secure some way of recieving cheaper tobacco than being ripped off by our taxes

if you take a look at tobacco kings website at this moment in time then you can witness my testimonial that they placed on there site not me, from my email i sent to them thanking them for my tobacco arriving my name on there is SMOKEY lol

i assure you im not from spain i live in the uk south east to be precise 20 miles from Brighton, i also can assure you i also recieved 10 pouchs of Amberleaf tobacco if you really want proof i could upload a pic of my Al and also to verify i am english and live in the uk by taking a pic of my inbox with my uk isp bt internet,in my inbox you will see several emails from Tk about my order.

I really dont mind showing you that im not lying and im not from spain and i certainly dont work for Tk, ill use an image hoster and drop the links back here when im done

Either way, the only legal way to get non-UK ciggies/tobacco is to bring it back after your travels. I suspect the volumes being posted as gifts/whatever mean you have a chance of getting away with it, but once HMRC pick up on the dodgy dealers you could well be up the creek without paddle.

I agree with you it is illegal but if the tobacco is making through customs then im not one to complain as im paying alot less than half the price i would have to in my own country, also peeps im not here to argue with any1 i just wanted to let the person who started this post know that i recieved my tobacco and as i said i can prove i live in the uk and that i ordered 10 pouchs of Al, the company is legit and if there was alot of failed packages that dont make it through i think there would be alot more reviews on tobaccoking

i can also accept that the tobacco could be picked up by our customs but that is a chance we have to take and what if it is 1 time out of 20 thats 2 much money that could be saved, also there testimonials on there website at first i thought they could be false but they are not as my testimonial is at the top and i recieved my order, i only wish i had ordered the GV instead of AL

if any1 wants proof of my order it can be arranged just ask

No they aren't - I have worked with many legit UK retail companies over the last 30 years or so who sell into many export markets, and not one of them has ever had a statement like "it is up to the customer to check the legality of their purchase". Any company who uses anything similar is well aware they are encouraging their customers to operate outside the law.

1st they are based in spain and are a legit buisness and have been in business since 2002

2nd i live in the uk placed a 1st time order and recieved my goods

you may well have worked in retail companys for 30 years but that does not mean Tk is a false buisness who does not do what they say they do also this will be the last statement i make here, i came here to say i orderded from this place and i recieved my goods everything they said they have lived upto delivering my goods was the only thing that wasnt upto there satisfactory as it took 8 days for my goods to arrive and not 7 days as there website claimed it would

lastly if you are in that much doubt buy 1 of there cheaper products as i did and see for yourself if you recieve the goods or not.
i really dont need to care with negative comments being thrown at me and being called a liar i have my goods and have offered to show proof of recieving them and so here it is

The above link is where I have found some not so good reviews. I'm unsure IF it is the same company as it lists a UK address - although as they have a UK bank account then this UK address could be correct in order to open a UK Bank Account.

DH has now decided to give up smoking anyway!!

Thanks for all your thoughts on this though and yes I suspect that with my work address on the label customs were a bit more vigilant!! lol
