I don't know what you have ordered, but when I had a delay recently - as said before, wasn't until I received it, I saw it had come from the States! Hadn't really noted who the seller was!!

May be worth checking up - and tracking the order, its really easy to do on Amazon. Go to 'your account' and take it from there.

I have to say that I've harldy ever had problems with amazon and their free delivery. I ordered a printer myself last week and used the free delivery, the confirmation email said that it would be with me the next day and sure enough it was, delivered with city link, although dont trust their "track your parcel" thing, cos mine still says its in transit.
And also like others have said, generally things arrive well before the estimated date they give. Dont give up hope, amazon are quite a good company really, oh and dont forget about the 30 day price drop refund policy. My printer went from £36 when I bought it and is now £32 so got a refund, just keeping an eye to see if it drops any more.

Never had any problems with Amazon either and I use it almost weekly.

The free delivery is fine, the only time it was a little slower was december time but I would expect it to be at that time of year.

I'm trialing Amazon Prime at the moment and its fab. Both orders placed Friday arrived Saturday am. I am tempted to sign up when the trial finishes as I love that there is no minimum order value.

That's a lot better than having to wait until the 25th. I'm such an impatient so & so.

I got my books today so took 6 days in total as ordered them last Tuesday to be delivered on the free super saver

My latest experience with Amazon, ordered a camera last Friday around 4 pm, was offered the prime free trial which i accepted and it was delivered next day on Satuday morning at 07.30 by City Link :j
