I agree - its just money grabbing Branson dressing up an outrageous charge for my own data in environmental clothing. I do not trust any online billing - it is too easy for the billing organisation to fiddle. I will be going elsewhere. :mad:

I have just received my letter. Oh Virgin you are so worthy. Thankyou for helping me to save the planet while you make more money.

I'm happy to receive paperless billing but if they really cared about the environment they would give the extra money they save to charity. That way we would all be helping the environment!
If they get away with this ... you know what the banks will be doing next...

Took the words right out my mouth! I wouldn't have had so much of a problem if the extra £1 did go to charity but we all know it's only going line Big !!!!!!'s back pocket!
