  • I am having a nightmare with this situation too, I only moved in march and 3 weeks later my phone was slammed by talk talk (not so easy to talk talk when theres problems!) I have spent in excess of 20 hours trying to sort this and getting nowhere, I have paid Bt 100 pound last month, and today got two bills for over 350 quid for breaking my contract. I have reportd this to OFCOM and they told me my call had been logged. I still have these final demands of BT-Any advice?

You need to tell BT that you have been slammed, and get Talk Talk to return it.

Hi, I have spoke to BT 8 times about this and they say that its not their problem I broke my contract. I am now on two final reminders from them and also talk talk bills to pay, its crazy
  • Have just reported Talk Talk to Ofcom. Got call out of the blue ( I had tried an internet based enquiry but the advisor didn't understand my questions). He worked out what a total cost would be and said he would put it in the post. I only wanted info. and asked him to confirm that I wasn't being switched. He said I had entered into a verbal agreement, which is totally untrue. If Talk Talk ring you DON'T give them any information, they're slamming people again (or still).
