I've been asked to do a music thing on 11th March and couldn't turn it down as I'll get expenses, so I can't make it any more.:(

I was really looking forward to meeting you all so I'm disappointed that it's on the same weekend. :(

    Hi All

I have asked a couple of times now in various guises, as only 3 people are willing to commit to staying over do we still want to go ahead? I know there are quite a few people who are thinking of comming along for the evening but obviously those guys are under no obligation to turn up & if everyone has a crisis at the same time & can't make it those who have paid for accomodation could be left twiddling their thumbs. I just wanted to make sure everyone was still happy to proceed?
Sarah, I replied to your PM, I take it it didn't arrive? I will PM you again!

    Cheers All

If you do change venue to the Midlands, I would like to join the meet. I dont want to upset any of the York people though as you've been organising this meet since I joined the board. I will wait and see what is decided :)

Does Midlands mean Nottingham? If so, I can still come if you change the date to not term time!

    Hi all

This is getting increasingly difficult to organise! Ah well, life IS unpredictable!

I would be ok for the Midlands, and Sarah's kind offer!

I am also ok to change the date but will need to know the alternative ones VERY SOON - because if I am booked for a birth I have to be available 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after due date and that scuppers a whole month (just about) of social life!
