Buyers have 7 days to pay, so your terms are meaningless and you might as well take them off the auctions. if you really feel the need to have terms and conditions maybe limit it to something like 'I welcome fast payments' or something.

well i understand that but they are new to ebay signed up this month havent even got paypal yet there hopeing to open there paypal account on wednsday so dunno when they will pay0

Suggest to them that you are happy to wait a few days for payment but if they prefer then you are happy to take a cheque or bank transfer (or whatever) rather than delay.

also can i opt out of the new ebay search as i really dont like it and have not searched all day as i refuse to use it like that(you always get 1 normally me lol)0
