    You can report it for miscategorisation.
    Edit: apparently you can't, that category seems to be gone...

    I'm going with misleading title. It isn't really, but the category is wrong... maybe someone will take a look at it.

    Listing policy breaches > Other Listing Policy offences > Miscategorised items.

    eBay make it so easy for unscrupulous sellers, and so difficult to get things right.

    who says the winning bidder has to pay for the item i recently sold my first item on ebay i waited a couple of days contacted the buyer he then messed me about another day and then sent an email to say he'd bought another item the same as mine for less so didnt want my item.
    I sent him an email saying thats not how ebay works and asked him for some money to cover final fees etc and he told me to get a life what a tw*t if i lived nearer i would pay him a visit

    You should have opened a NPB dispute pretty sure you get your fees back
    You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    It's worth remembering that Auction Interference is also an ebay offence. Reporting is fine, but deliberately sabotaging listings is being taken quite seriously by eBay at the moment, especially after last weekendswrecking spree.

    Anyone bidding and not planning to pay will be liable to an unpaid item strike at best.
