    I think your best bet would be Links Policy violation - if you want ebay to give the seller their listing fees back.

    Wow - don't get carried away guys! £310 for a box!

    We currently have a brand new bidder being outbid by a 50% positive bidder (feedback score between 1 & 9) - if the price goes too high, ebay might start cancelling bids.

    It's doubtful ebay will trouble themselves to intervene... but the seller might cancel bids.

    AUCTION WRECKING IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. It will just make the 2nd chance offer higher.
