I think your best bet would be Links Policy violation - if you want ebay to give the seller their listing fees back.

It's doubtful ebay will trouble themselves to intervene... but the seller might cancel bids.
AUCTION WRECKING IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. It will just make the 2nd chance offer higher.My TV is broken!
