Beware of OSPS 12 Month Free Line Rental deals with orange

Despite my previous praise of this company, I have now lost all faith in them. I will detail the last 3 claims made by myself and family:

1. Claim sent recorded delivery, confirmed recieved next day by royal mail. Takes 6 weeks for them to say they recieved it (after phoning once a week since it was delivered)

2. Claim sent recorded delivery - never delivered according to royal mail. Onestop claim to get proof of delivery from royal mail - 6 weeks later it finally arrives (although never actually delivered according to royal mail).

3. Claim sent recorded delivery - confirmed received by Royal Mail next day. 1 week ago (2 weeks after delivered) I phoned up and was told they would chase it up with royal mail - this week they deny that they can chase it up with royal mail - despite it saying they did on the previous two claims on their own system and that they said they would last week.

Next time I'll go to crewe and hand deliver the claim

Have had two cash back claims now from OSPS without any problem. Would not hesitate to take out a new contract through them again.

The above comments are typical and ridiculous, anybody shopping at one stop deserves all they get!!!

Because they dont pay their customers their cashback!!

I could open an online shop tomorrow and offer the best deals, 10 years free line rental, a free handset and £3000 cashback!!

It doesnt matter one bit if you're business model is built around never paying the customer the cashback!

Come on people wake up!!!

If something sounds to good to be true it probably is. Go with a reputable company with a good record of paying cashback that offer good / realistic deals and you will be alright.
