Opera 9.5 Released

Do you have to uninstall 9.27 and then download 9.5? Or is there a simple upgrade procedure? I'm still on Win98 as well, presume it's ok?

No need to uninstall,during the update you will see an option to upgrade. I'm on XP so dunno about 98, assume it's ok.

Does the new version of Opera now support the Google toolbar? I used to prefer Opera but stopped using it when I discovered the Google toolbar, as Google Bookmarks is a fantastic tool for me, I can access all my favourite sites from home or work and update the list as required very easily. If I can use the toolbar on Opera I will stop using IE7.

Have you tried using: http://www.only2clicks.com/ as it looks like it does more or less the same things.

no support for google tool bar nor is there on firefox 3 , however there is opera sync
which will sync bookmarks between pcs running opera . personally i use delicious
which can be set up on any browser , and have dragged my gmail inbox to the personal
toolbar for access.

Just an update, have sorted all the problems out regards the udates changing my browser appearance, dunno why it did it but there ya go.
The only problem remains being logged out og this site (should really try some other sites) Anyway I have been able to replicate this on another computer, so now if left idles for more than about 45mins - 1 hrs I will find I need to login again, weird.
It's a minor niggle, probably the most annoying thing being I can't figure out the cause

I found the "go back to previous page" using keyboard shortcut of Z did not work [in XP]

So have restored back as I seem to use this facility a lot

If you mean ctrl z this seems to reincarnate tabs that have been closed and are located in the trashcan. A number of things have changed with this browser, if you like it I wouldsuggest visiting their forums to findout what has changed and how to use those changes.

Left mine for a lot longer etc and still won't log me out.

Have found a few anomalies. One is that even though I have made a post, sometimes it disappears.
It will be there if I use another broswer. Maybe (F5) doesn't work well with this broswer.
