The seller has now left me negative feedback "for not liking item"
The dispute is still open can i leave her negative as i have to wait 30 days to put in a Standard protection claim or will leaving feedback stop me claiming.
I emailed her and told her people would think it was pathetic as i would if i read feedback left like that and her response was " i left it because you weren't happy with item Told her she needed feedback tuition, should only neg buyers if they dont pay .

You can still leave feedback. It makes no difference to your claim.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

You have the option of leaving feedback whenever you want.
I'm not sure I understand the bit about waiting 30 days to do a standard protection claim though, is that an ebay claim as opposed to a paypal claim?

Have left negative feedback will sleep like a baby tonight - its made me feel a whole lot better.
Hopefully when i can pursue the standard buyer protection ebay will find in my favour and she'll have a strike.0 -
Have they left feedback for you? If not you might end up with a negative in return.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

Just put it down to a one off negative experience. There will always be some idiots you encounter on Ebay.
Your negative they left you will soon be way outnumbered by positive ones from decent buyers and sellers.

Yes she left me negative first "for not liking item" sad person - her feedbacks down to 95.7% shes only had 21 transactions. Mine is 99.5% (438) but 525 postive left due to multiple purchases from some buyers, so not a problem for me - brightens up the feedback page anyway.0 -

Don't forget then that ebay will charge an admin fee for the claim of £15, so you will lose out on this deal. However, your negative has now put her feedback so low that no sensible bidder will buy from her anymore, so you will have cost her money as well in the long run.

I now i've lost money but she has quite a few items listed for sale at the moment so perhaps after seeing the feedback i left , people will think twice about bidding a high amount especially when i said the item stunk of cigarette smoke (it did) she told me to use febreze. Also hopefully she'll get a strike against her account.0
