  • Now i am really really annoyed.

After leaving a response on her feedback regarding the item stunk of cigarette smoke. She replied stating the item was clubbing wear and worn in smoky atmosphere, She listed the item as NEW WITHOUT TAGS. GRRRR
And to top it off she now takes paypal.

I have emailed her again for a refund , quoting listing violation as well as other complaints. Can i report to to ebay for this as well.

You should be able to reply to her reply, if you get my drift. At least then you will get the last word. Perhaps something along the lines of "dirty 2nd hand clothes should not be sold as new with tags" might do the trick. :D
