  • Well I can safely say that everyone barring my materialistic brother has something handmade in their present :)

Grandma- Journal jar, handmade cards, silly photo 'flip chart' of my grandad
    Mum- Journal Jar
Dad- Reasons to be cheerful mini book, 365 facts jar (am actually 67 short but hope to get them in before the jar runs low!)
Grandad- No sew blanket with embroidered letters

Other people have hampers so the craft side is more in the presentation, hope that counts! :)

    Have an amazing Christmas!

    Hey!

    Can someone help me please?

I'm trying to find the poem that was posted here (at least I think it was here) for the round to it. The circle you give to someone who doesn't get a round to it.

Anyone know it? I've tried searching on here and google and have had no luck!!

    Merry Christmas to everyone!!

    Here you go siren

Can't believe i put "around tuit" in the search and it worked :rotfl:

    so I copied this over:-

Ooh these are fab gag gifts I have found on a website, I like this one too...

Using a small wooden/plastic/paper circle with 'TUIT' written on it.
Then print this verse and attach..

    The tap that leaks,
    The hinge that squeaks.
    The crack in the door,
    The hole in the floor.
    You said you'd do it,
Just as soon as you could
    get around to it.
Now the round tuit is here,
    So my friend never fear,
You'll have all the time to do it,
Since from this day you can't get
    away with the excuse,
WHEN I GET A ROUND TUIT.

Bought the fabric today to cover journals for next christmas. They will be for each grandchild for mums to record in what their christmas was each year. Not done anything like this before but have some ideas just need to find the binders to make covers for. I want to ideally use 8" square ring binders so that more pages can be added but not having any luck yet but I reckon I have about 10 month to find the right books. I want ring binders rather than albums and I like the chipboard ones but not having any luck yet.
