I think it is upto 5 days and not 5 days without charge. Although i don't understand your point about the letter it's like saying x bar charged me £9 for a cocktail and I bet part of that is for the straw.....don't understand your point.
You're correct - five working days' usage for £22 - you have until branch cut-off time or 6:30pm for telephone/online banking on the sixth working day or your incur a second charge.
You can enter your reserve on one day and not incur a charge if you are back out by branch cut-off time or 6:30pm for telephone/online banking.0
