We had a conservatory in a house we sold years ago and, just to be on the safe side, we had on of them stop valve type taps on the heating pipe that went from the dining room to the conservatory. That ensured the conservatory could be !!!! off from the main house. For the sake of an extra hour of work by the plumber, well worth it.0 -
Hello all.
At this point I'm just looking for a bit of advice and hopefully someone can help?
I currently have a conservatory 16'4 X 11'6 with the old original polycarbonate roof with 14 panels and is approximately eight years old. I would like to get a ruff estimate on how much it would cost me (supply & fit) to replace it with glass. I appreciate there are many types of glass to choose from, but I'd like to find out what sort of price the general cost is.
The property is in Manchester and if you know/could recommend someone them I'd like to know your thoughts.
Thanks in advance for your knowledge and advice :j0 -

Is that for a ring of feathers or for a starched frill around your neck?:eek:0 -
This is not a spam, I find this post while searching for changing my conservatory roof to a warm roof and complying with building reg. I did call my local building reg for info but they just send me a form to fill out and a fee to pay. Can someone please tell me what building reg look for to comply. I don't want to waste money and they refuse permission. Thanks0
