How long do your boy's school shoes last !

Sometimes a pair used to last all year, but it did depend how fast their feet grew, and I used to get them checked every term. I found it was helpful to make sure they had two pairs, school shoes and trainers. Now they tend to wear them out before they outgrow them, but they don't tell me until they have REALLY worn them out: think sole flapping off on one and big hole in the sole of the other. :mad:

Up to now his shoes have lasted until his feet have grown, but I am now seeing some wear and tear.
