  • It says on the orange site you have to credit the account with £15 THEN you get the 300 evening and weekend texts.

    I think you mean 3000 E&W texts.

Please point out where it says this on the site?

I do not make a habit of posting duff info on this site ;)

If you bother to @@ at the T&C.

You will see that you get the 3000 E&W texts in the first month regardless of your spend.

  • Thanks for the update pricefighter on the conditions etc I was going by this which was on the link :
As well as enjoying one fixed rate all day, you can choose to get up to 3000 free evening and weekend texts per month if you buy a SIM Card online and top up by a total of £15 per month or more. Just tell us you'd like this reward when you call to register your SIM Card.
I will try what you suggest ,cheers.
  • As far as I can gather from the freebies I got, the first month of 3,000 texts is free and then if you top up with £15 a month thereafter you then get a further 3,000.

    HTH

Thanks for that - will read with more care in future!
:DThe world would be a sad place to live with no chocolate! :D

Buy more magazine, go to page 69 and take the voucher to your nearest Orange shop. They'll give you a SIM card with 3000 evening and weekend texts free for the first month. If you wish to carry on with the 3000 texts then you'll need to top up £15 each month.

The offer expires 17th October if I remember correctly, and it can take up to 14 days for the offer to kick in, so that'll take you up to 31st October.

Thanks, got my sim card today and it has already been activated. I will make good use of this. It is valid from 7pm to 7am and all weekend. Great.
The offer from the more magazine was valid until 27th october.
  • There is absolutely no need to buy a mag to get this offer of 3000 offpeak and weekend texts.

You can buy the sim off their website for a £1 including p&p.They actually give you the £1 back in credit.
    See http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/sim_connection_pack

Once you have got the sim from them you can register for the offer and another free text offer see this thread.Cheaper then buying the mag eh!!! ;)

Well I got the cards direct from the site, no prob. and the £1 credit. I asked the customer service chap about the 3,000 texts he said you have to credit £15.00 first...!! I'm I doing something wrong..??
