cheers - that clears things up a bit - basically telephone banking will mean it will happen straightaway but internet banking will be rolled out over time - nice if lloyds had explained that either when i went to the branch or on the phone

Can someone help with this telephone service? I've got a card with 'Contact Centre' (0845 072 3333) amd 'PhoneBank Express' (0800 015 2000). Which numbers do you use, the premium rate or the freephone?

I did a faster payment to NatWest on Friday from Lloyds, through telephone banking. Today I realised I need to send more money. When I tried to do that transfer they told me they can only process faster payments on Monday to Friday, and it would have to go through on the next business day.
