I think I'm going to head to the park (it's warm and sunny here today), grab something to eat on the way, and spend the afternoon communing with nature and revising my reflexology notes (I have diplomas in reflexology and Indian Head Massage, but haven't practised in ages).

damn, how can someone who loves you make you feel so bad? Or is it him projecting his own anxieties on to me? Any psychics/tarot readers in the house? He is giving off so much negativity at the moment, I can feel it.

Just when I thought things were looking up for you Chollita... I think you're trying really hard, so don't listen to you not doing enough! Wish we all lived nearer eachother, we could give you plenty of Reflexology & IH message practise.

How's your day been in Sunny Spain? Hope it's been a bit more relaxing. I think you said your OH was out of work, is that right? Anything in the pipeline for him yet? I really think it would be terribly stressful away from home and out of work, and not too easy to find suitable work either.

Just had a text from Karl saying he can't make Friday now and asked if Jonny and I want to stay over his. Two problems. 1)I hate staying over anyone's. I always have to know that I can do my own thing and escape my thoughts etc. 2)Jonny will most likely be getting back very early Saturday morning so will be too late to get the train
Guess it will just be Jonny and I this weekend. =/

Just got an email from Janette. I want to break something (not because of the email) Ever get that feeling? Where you have so much pent up frustration and hurt and just want to break something and scream at the top of your lungs? Well, I feel like that and just keep crying. What's wrong with me? I'm such an idiot.

I have managed to locate my reinstall CD's and come the library which used to run a help desk to help people with their computer probs but guess what ... theyve stopped doing it as it wasnt "efficient" so I dont know what to do now. I asked in a computer shop how much it would be and they said £35 which I cant really afford.

I feel so damm frustrated ....

Hi,

They said that since it has Vista which is prone to faults it likely to be blip.... fk know what one of those is ...

So I need to create a partition to protect my work thats already there and then reinstall Vista ... but I havent a clue myself how to do it.
