    I am ok thanks, was feeling totally sh*t today but have been to see a long-lost friend, and feel so much better, she was great and helped me decide on whether to get back on the amitriptyline as I did ok on that, but get cr*ppy side effects on all the other anti-ds I've tried. I went home and took some straight away, they should kick in reasonably soon (I hope), and I will be back to 12 hours sleep......................................and put on weight and have a chronically dry mouth :o as well as a sun allergy. But it's sleep I crave!

    SB - It's kind of that whole "You're damned if you do, and damned if you don't" thing isn't it? Side effects are horrible but I guess sometimes the benefits of the meds can outweigh the bad side effects.
