Ah me too thanks! Trying to cut my grass at long last! I'm half way there so having a break. I've had a headache for 2 weeks, but doc says it's just tension! I've tried everything and nothing has shifted it, looks like I just need to live with it a bit longer! Also got steroids for a chest infection which isn't moving with antibiotics. All I need while trying to lose weight! She also did 2 referrals to the hosp, one for ISB and the other for sore stomach. She took blood, as i've been feeling dizzy and faint! Think I'm falling to bits!

Looking on the bright side, the rain is off!! :rotfl:

Thanks guys, thought this might be a good little haven for me. Suffered badly from depression in the past, thought I'd got through it inly for it to creep back every now and then and kind of bite me hard. I don't want to go down the medication route this time so am looking into alternative therapy (aromatherapy and reflexology)

Alba I realise I'm just new here but I'm finding reflexology is helping the headaches (tension) that I get and is helping (temporarily) my mood. I contacted the local college and get mine free as I'm being used as a practise subject for one of the students (10 weeks course). Maybe see if the college near you needs volunteers?
