Is it a chocolate cake?

No chocolate in my house, gives me a migraine! It's a lemon polenta cake (cos I have to eat gluten free as well!) for my other daughter, she absolutely loves gluten free cakes. Trouble is, it takes at least 1 1/2 hours to cook, it's quite deep so the outside can be cooked but the inside has to be checked all the time to see if it's getting a bit drier, but musn't let it get too dry or it's not nice! But it smells lush.................then when it's cooked it has to cool, then I drizzle lemon juice and sugar water on it..........................delish, the top goes all crusty..............

Well, i killed that huge fly type thing, now there is a BIG fat fly buzzing about. If I chase after it with a newspaper my dog barks her head off, and the next door neighbour did mention she was having an early night, so I will have to zap it with the stinking fly spray.

I'm the same now, a soppy song, anything soppy on the tv, cinema, in a book, and I am in floods of tears. Years ago when I had depression I couldn't cry at all, now I'm making up for it, crying all over the place!

But I don't cry at weddings, whereas lots of people do.

Mind you, tears in the "right" place, they can work wonders

It was just so upsetting, does anyone watch it? There's a blind man, and there was huge argument, and then he got upset because he thought the cause was because he couldn't see. I was in absolute floods of tears, it was heartbreaking for me to watch him feeling so bad, because of something he couldnt control.

No I haven't watched it. Was the argument cos he couldn't see? How are the others handling him, are they sympathetic to his needs?

No, it all stemmed from an incident when they were all drunk - he picked up something that happened to be a pair of knickers just lying around, and then girl who's knickers they were totally went off on one - to me, if she hadn't have left her underwear around then it wouldn't have happened in the first place! Anyway, it got really nasty and agressive, and he was just sat there, and it really upset me. He was so hopeless in the situation, and I hate people who have no respect and cause so much confrontation. Most of them are really sympathetic and understanding about it, and help him out all the time, but there's just one or two that can't seem to get past it.

meh, i'm such a pathetic loser.
