Depression Support Thread

Hot at work. Busy too.
I can't find time to get my environmental project done (worked through lunch today) so I'm probably gona have to cancel my days off (Thursday/Friday).
Will I ever be able to have some time off.......grrrrrrrrrrrr!

hi all, back online, after receiving new modem from virgin earlier today.
big hugs all, as a lot of you are having a bad time right now.
feeling really tired and emotional today, dosen't help the fact that i've not been sleeping much lately, have trouble getting off to sleep, then wake again after only a couple of hours.

My choice is either take Thurs/Fri off.....and do project in own time.
Or go to the works meeting about it Friday and probably get to do it in work's time.
That's why I'm contemplating cancelling the days off.
