    :hello: Everyone,

    Hope you are ok,I am fine,went to parents and I had a nice dinner :) went to sleep as I felt low and didnt wake until 4.30pm :) I had my tea at my parents as well and then I was ready to go back home :)

    I am watching the big brother wedding tonight at 9pm so I wont be on here for long tonight :)

    I just don't know what to do.

    My OH isn't happy with me, so I can't really ask him for any help. A&E is too far, and I'm not supposed to go there. I tried phoning the Samaritans, but just can't speak. The Crisis Team wouldn't let me have thier number. I left a message for my sponsor, but she hasn't got back to me. My 'friend' is busy.
