Value jaffas are a rarity
Tesco used to do their own version cherry coke and it was cheap and lovely compared to coke. Not seen it in years :-(
Dont like newly repackaged more concentrated squah.Price has gone up and I just know my kids will use same quntity and make themselves ill so been scouring for robinsons instead
Tescos own barley water half price of and nicer than robinsons has been discontinued too.I used to buy 2 bottles each week
Never see value noodles anymore either.0 -
the own version cherry coke is now coke with almonds, tastes just the same!

usually they do this when they are about to change the packaging and need to get rid of the old stuff quickly. I would have thought that they wouldn't have had any trouble shifting it though at full price - it is significantly cheaper than the tesco regular brand alternative and i only use it for wrapping sandwiches.
I don't think the price has changed, isn't it around 34p?
I use it for lining tin trays when cooking anything that might make a mess (saves me spending too long on the washing up:D). The Bacofoil non-stick (brilliant for yummy local sausages which seem to have glue in them) has gone up quite significantly. :sad:0 -
What annoys me is when supermarkets remove branded products only to replace them with their own cheap rip-offs.
I love Kellogs Sultana Bran but Sainsburys and Tescos have replaced it with Tesco/Sainsburys Sultana Bran instead!
There is only one store I know that still sells it, we should be allowed to choose for ourselves.
Supermarkets are evil0 -
Value sausages - I don't like paying a lot for them when they just get incinerated by the kids (I hide the decent ones in the back of the freezer cos they never bother looking there). Seem to have been replaced by a tesco version with less in for more money.
Also, has anyone else noticed the lack of cheap medium sliced white bread? I have to go to Sainsbury or Asda for it now, Tesco's stopped, even Lidl and Aldi, all they seem to do in the cheap version is thick sliced. Not worth paying a lot for bread in our house as it hardlly touches the edges when it goes down that fast, there is no way they can actually taste it!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Like this thread title i can imagine someone looking at it and thinking Tescos are trying to help men with products that help them pull a bird:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: whats their moto "every little helps":rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:The average woman would rather have beauty than brains,

Many people's view of the world is down to their experience, perception and what they have been conditioned to,this isnt any old MSE reply this is a important and experienced MSE reply :rotfl:0 -
Don't get me started. Loads of stuff I really liked has vanished. Some has come back in new packs or prices, but not tasting the same. Aarrgghh.0
