problems with pipex

Everyone who has a problem trying to get in touch with Pipex for various account discrepancies should email Carphone Warehouse with their grievance so that they can see what a mess they will be taking on when and if they buy them over!! Maybe then we will be taken seriously by Pipex and actually get somewhere. Power to the people!!

Am I the only person who can claim they had excellent service from Pipex? In the 3 (ish) years I was with them I only had to phone a couple of times and got through quickly with my problem resolved there and then ... my 3 emails were answered promptly. In fact the only reason I left was that I could get free broadband through Sky (money saving)

I think most people had good service as Pipex, it was when they were taken over by Tiscali that the problems started.

Yes Indeedy. Since being Tiscalid they have gone down the Swanny.

Doubt they will buy Pipex unless they wanna buy all of Tiscali and at the moment Vodafone looks the strongest interested party But who knows! But if CPW buys then be prepared for service like TalkTalk... You think it's gone downhill? Oh boy are you in for fun and games
