    I've just spoken to a friendly senior RPI who works for FCC on MSN and he informs me that, while NR won't issue child rate tickets to people aged 16 with one of those Oyster cards, they are obliged to accept them. So if you get your paper travelcard issued by TfL, then in conjunction with the Child rate Oyster, it is valid on NR.

    He also says Surbiton is not a valid route regardless of it being a valid RP due to the fact there is no line from Surbiton to Chessington South.

    Oh dear it seems that most of my PFs have been wrongly issued then. Ah well nevermind that's what the appeals system is for.

    ticketcollector - are you looking at Step 7 of the RG to come up with the idea that you can finish your journey at the final routeing point without ever going to your destination? An interesting concept; you could be right.

    Daily clicker, I am very sorry, I got your PM, but due to moving house this is the first time I have been on this site in two weeks.

    This idea about the "routeing point" is very interesting, and I certainly like the logic. Have you sent an appeal letter yet? If not, you have a draft one by PM, but ACT FAST.
  • Thanks for all your continuous help =)

    So to confirm,

    If I purchase my Child Paper Travelcard, at a LU station is this fine? Is there anywhere that states this in black and white so I can point the RPIs there, or take a print off?

    Thanks =)

    I've had a look on the TfL site, not that helpful - http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/child-student-discounts.pdf
