I got a response from Phoebe today saying

I have informed the magazine of the delay and they have contacted the relevant beauty brands who are in charge of sending out the prizes. They have apologised for the delay and assured us the products will be sent out this week.

I'm still waiting for Ruby & Millie stuff and SK-II face masks which most other people seem to have received, I'm concerned they have been lost in the post which is why I emailed Phoebe but the response didn't really answer the question! Oh well. Will give it another week.
