I sent an email to Phoebe as i only won one item 23rd May which was the Elite Models Make up Colours and still havent recieved it, heres the reply she gave me

Dear ******, thank you for getting in touch. We do not actually send out the prizes here - the individual beauty brands are responsible for dispatching their own products. I passed your query onto the magazine and they contacted the relevant beauty brands regarding the delay. They have apologised and assured us that the prizes will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.

Just back from work, found this in my in-box.

Dear Ros, thank you for getting in touch. We are not actually in charge of sending out the prizes here - each individual brand is sending out their own products. The magazine have contacted the brands, who apologised for the delay and assured us that they will be dispatching the prizes to winners asap and yours should be with you by the end of next week or the beginning of the following week at the latest.
