I e-mailed Pheobe and had this reply

'thank you for getting in touch. We are not actually in charge of sending out the prizes here - each individual brand is sending out their own products. The magazine have contacted the brands, who apologised for the delay and assured us that they will be dispatching the prizes to winners asap and yours should be with you by the end of next week or the beginning of the following week at the latest. '
