A few days ago Zammo gifted us with this beauty.

But today I came across this beast.

    What crash is that? One on the M25? Must be - nothing happening on the property front, green shoots are on the way.

    That's an excellent graph and I don't want you to think that I'm one to complain but it will be a good three weeks before another graph is available and I do feel that having it now is a sort of early peak.

    Might it be possible to place some kind of modesty garment over the bottom of the graph that is slowly moved aside during the coming weeks in a teasing fashion?

    Yeah I hear the same, green shoots forecast 2014. They are talking about 1.3% rise then after 6 years of falls

    But that doesn't matter if you can make greater money elsewhere, buy to let investors are in it for the long term. :rotfl:
