How many calls do you want to make each month?
If you spend more than 20 quid, suggest you consider: http://www.swiftcall-residential.co.uk.

Unlimited international calls for twenty quid.

You get an 0800 number for your house, and they give you a 020 number to use from your mobile.
Confirm this works with three (use your free minutes for this).

But it does not include calls to India or various other destinations.

Hi I tried using this and the first time when it told me to enter the number I did and then pushed the green phone button and i was charged 40 p.Then it looked like it was free but when I phoned again I pèhoned 3 again and they said I had been charged £1.15 for the calls that day so I decided to call 3 and ask the,mm if that number as well as others were included and he said sometimes it is and sometimes not!So be careful:confused:

What service are you referring to? The Pre-dial one? or one of the others mentioned?

Pre-dial used to have an orange number, but unfortunately that got barred. The way it worked, was you made calls to landlines by using the orange numbers, that then earned points, which can be used against calling other numbers, mainly other mobiles. I actually used them for calling 0870 numbers. The orange number came out my inclusive minutes on "3"

And before you mention saynoto0870, I do say no, I was simply using the remainder of my inclusive minutes that I didn't use each month to call my own 0870 number, and earn a small rebate, instead of wasting those minutes!!

They also have a little known T-Mob access number.Which operates at the same times, and to much the same destinations as the O2 number.

Yes. :D Its no different from dialling any other x-net number.

you sure....? This can definately be used on '3' contracts within the free minutes to call Australia and USA (Those are the 2 places I call)

sorry, I just want to confim it! (although '3' are preety reasonable with int call charges anyway)

As i said before its a normal O2 mobile number and should come out of your x-net minutes. Why not make a short test call to it and see what you are charged. ;)

If people keep calling up Mobile Networks, and keep asking about these cheap call access numbers, they will smell a rat, and their end up barring them like Orange have done!!!!
