:( Ugh, I'm really fed up with Pigsback, I sent them an email last night about Bingorooms and PV Holidays, I'm 100% sure I signed up to PV Holidays on the 12th April cos I made a note so I knew when the 6 weeks was up (and when the compulsary chasing could begin ) but they say they don't have any record of me having clicked through, they also say my name isn't on the list for Bingorooms, yet I signed up to that on what I'm fairly certain was the first day it was posted too.

I just so wish they'd change their tracking software as it's losing so many transactions (not all of them as some people have had the points automatically ) and I really feel for the people who actually use it when they buy things and even then don't get to see the points! :(

I understand that it's not guaranteed but neither are the other cashback sites and I've always had my transactions tracked through those! (I turn off internet security when clicking through to anything so as not to block the cookies too!)

:o Sorry for the mini rant, and don't get me wrong, there are some good things about Pigsback, after all, it's free money when it does work, but it's just so frustrating when time after time some people are getting the points for sign ups after asking them politely to investigate and others aren't!

You got a response??? After my initial email and their response asking me to confirm the date I registered with PV...not a flippin' peep out of them!!! How long's it take to check a flippin' list and email me back!!! Huh?? Grrrrr:mad:

Yes, I got a response, I actually sent the query through their website rather than a direct email, not sure if that makes any difference.

I only sent them the one query though, I included the date I signed up and asked when the points were likely to be due as it was getting on for 9 weeks.

I thought it would never happen but kept plodding on.
Thought it may give other oldies some hope.

im a bit confused about the 50pp i got from pigsback r.e. bingo rooms. I got the email aswell but still cant remeber the offer. I do remember signing up and i think i deposited £5. But im not 100% sure as i have signed up to other bingo sites in the past through PB for the Piggy points.

Did you have to deposit money to get some back, or was it just free registration.
:confused:I say im a moneysaver, my family think im a cheapskate!

It was just a free registration. You were meant to get £5 to play with for signing up, but I think most people got 5 euros (£2-3).

    I still don't get this!

    Decameron (USA)
    51020
    8/15
    29/50
    Trainer: Sir M Stoute
    Jockey: K McEvoy

    32
    9-4 (drawn 2)

That's what I have for Decameron, so where does 17.35 or York come into it? And do I do it on betfair or Paddy Power.

And yes, I have read the rules and I just don't get it...
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.
