I emailed PB about my missing PV holidays points and they have replied really quickly apologising for the oversight and have added on the points for me.

I emailed them last night and just asked if they could look into it for me as I distinctly remembered playing the bat and ball game.
This morning I had a wee email from them and my points credited too.
